Robert was Chief Accountant for ABF and Private Enterprise Companies, also Trustee Director and Chair of the Trustee Pension Board of Burton’s Foods. Volunteer roles as President Welsh Amateur Swimming Association. Director Swim Wales and subsidiary companies and holds voluntary Charity & Director roles.

Richard's been a Torfaen Borough Councillor since May 2004 and is Deputy Leader and Executive Member for Education. Richard is also an Independent Member of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board

Richard is one of the County Councillors for New Inn Ward. Also the Chair of Healthier Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee and a member of Pontypool Community Council.

Barry Holroyd

Board Member

Barry retired from the Civil Service in 1995 and has been a member of various boards since including Eastern Valley Housing Association, Melin Homes and has been a member of the TVA board since 2015.

Owen Stacey

Board Member

Owen has been a Board Member at TVA since January 2021. He is Social Value Manager at Morgan Sindall and is passionate about cross-sector collaboration to deliver community benefits in Wales.

Professor Gaynor Kavanagh

Board Member

Gaynor Kavanagh is a professor of museum studies and the former Dean of Cardiff School of Art and Design, Cardiff Metropolitan University. She was on the Senedd Cymru Expert Panel reviewing local authority museums in Wales,published in 2015. Originally from Pontypool, her family are from Varteg and Blaenavon.
