We are keen to ensure that TVA’s work remains relevant to our members and that we offer the kind of support, information and help our members want and need.

Alongside our surveys and evaluations which we are grateful to our members for supporting, we will also be inviting conversations with you – our members. We hope the conversations, which will take place face to face but if not possible through digital means, and will give you an opportunity to tell us how we can support you in your work, discuss current challenges, and obtain valuable feedback about our services, which will help us to shape what we do to ensure we meet what member groups or organisations such as yours need from us.
The purpose of the conversation will be to listen to you and learn from you. The information you share with us will be invaluable in helping us to further improve our work and provide you with the best support possible. The duration and content of the conversations or visits will be decided by you, depending on your time.
