Depending on the exact enquiry you receive and who it is from, referring to a specialist agency might be the best solution (e.g. Housing Justice Cymru for housing enquiries, Mind for mental health support, etc.).

Infoengine can be used to find local and national relevant services. Not all charities will have specific expertise on asylum seekers and refugees, but it’s fair to assume quite a few would have encountered similar enquiries before and may be best place to help.

In terms of volunteering and asylum seekers – there is a  TSSW info sheet: https://thirdsectorsupport.wales/resources/welcoming-volunteers-who-are-asylum-seekers/
