Torfaen Library & Information Service Torfaen  The service has three libraries (Cwmbran, Pontypool and Blaenavon) and also operates a Library@Home Service for housebound customers.  We have a small collection of books in the Ukrainian language, including children’s story books, English language learning guides and adult fiction available via the BorrowBox electronic book service. Pop along to any of our three libraries to sign up for your free library card.  You will need to bring proof of your current name and address with you to join the library.  Our staff will be happy to help and will be able to answer any questions you have about our service.
