Nominations now open for 2^nd Torfaen Community and Volunteer Awards.

If you’re looking to nominate, we thought we’d take a look at each category and give you some examples of the kind of thing we’re looking for this year!

Civic Award of the Year is sponsored by High Street Fitness.

Those who have gone above and beyond in commitment and passion for their governance role and those who have made a significant contribution to the education of the children and young people in their schools and communities. An honour is not a reward for doing a ‘good day’s work’, or a reward for the length of service. It is about the impact the person has made.
