EYST Multi-lingual helpline

The Multi-lingual Helpline Wales is a national helpline delivered by partnership between EYST, ProMo Cymru, Citizen’s Advice Cymru, Women Connect First, and other stakeholders.

The helpline is for anyone over the age of 18 living in Wales, particularly if you identify as Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic, or if you would like to speak to someone in a language other than English or Welsh.

It provides information, referral and signposting for clients to specialist advice, mainstream and community organisations. The Multi-lingual Helpline Wales is a member of the Helplines Partnership Scheme and is funded by the National Lottery.

Lines are open 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. You can contact the service by phone on 0808 801 0720 and SMS text on 07537 432416.
