Counselling Service Co-ordinator £34,000 • 37.5 hours per week • Fixed term to March 31st 2016 To set up and coordinate a new counselling service for adult survivors of sexual abuse throughout Gwent. The role will include the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteer counsellors and the supervision of one part time paid counsellor. 1960’s Weekend 2nd – 4th May Celebrate the 1960s at Blaenavon Heritage Railway May 2nd – 4th. It was the end of an era for steam trains. The railway will be hosting a range of beers and ciders from local breweries through the weekend, on the buffet carriage, which will be transformed into a 1960s pub. The tearoom will have a special menu including some 1960s favourites like Black Forest Gateau & cheese with pineapple on sticks.
