Living with a long term health conditions – You may like to join our Community Health Champions for an awareness session on “Introduction to Self-Management”. Education Programme for Patients Cymru provides a range of health and wellbeing courses and workshops for people living with a health condition or for those who care for someone with a health condition. These wellbeing courses have proved both successful and popular over the years – this is your opportunity to learn more and promote the courses within the community to family, friends and neighbours. We are pleased to offer you, colleagues, volunteers or your clients Communication Training & the Five Ways to Wellbeing, as the first step to becoming a Community Health Champion. The training will take place on 2nd December, 2015 at The Power Station, Blenheim Road, St Dials, Cwmbran between 09:30am and 3.30 pm and is free of charge with lunch and refreshments supplied.
