Stress Control Classes at Pontypool Active Living Centre

Stress Control Classes Anyone who missed the first two rounds of the six week stress control classes Torfaen, can still join the programme – they commence again on: Wednesday 29th July at 1pm – 3 pm Pontypool Active Living Centre Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent Mind and Torfaen Primary Care Mental Health Support Service will be co-delivering another programme of 6 classes on Stress Control. The classes will teach attendees how to manage stress in their everyday life, using a combination of tested techniques.
