People’s Health Trust has just launched Active Communities in Cardiff, Caerphilly, Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Blaenau Gwent, Merthyr Tydfil, Vale of Glamorgan, and Rhondda Cynon Taf – a funding programme for local people wanting to create fairer places to grow, live, work and age.
