Stress Control Classes at Pontypool Active Living Centre

Stress Control Classes Anyone who missed the first two rounds of the six week stress control classes Torfaen, can still join the programme – they commence again on: Wednesday 29th July at 1pm – 3 pm Pontypool Active Living Centre Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent Mind and Torfaen Primary Care Mental Health Support Service will be co-delivering another programme of 6 classes on Stress Control. The classes will teach attendees how to manage stress in their everyday life, using a combination of tested techniques. Torfaen Play – Dad and Me Forum

“Dad and Me” Forum The “Dad and Me “forum is going from strength to strength with 43 Dads attending with 55 children. The forum is delivered in partnership with Torfaen Play, Families First and Communities First.   Four forums have taken place to date at Greenmeadow Community Farm which is an ideal venue as the Dads take their children around the farm after the session.   The forum also enables dads to spend quality time playing with their children as well the opportunity to meet other Dads and find out information, support and guidance. Torfaen Citizens Advice Bureau – NEA Energy Awareness Level 3 Award

Torfaen Citizens Advice Bureau are able to set up an in-house training course for NEA Energy Awareness Level 3 Award (6281-01) to train Energy Efficiency Advisors.
