The Early Intervention Youth Fund has been launched by the Home Secretary to support projects which steer young people away from violent crime. The Home Office is providing up to £22 million of funding over the next two financial years (2018/19-2019/20) to support communities in tackling serious violence. The Home Office is inviting bids from Police and Crime Commissioners, working in partnership with their community safety partnerships or local equivalent. Public Consultation on the Provision of Adult Thoracic Surgery in South Wales Local Health Boards are working together to look at the future provision of adult thoracic surgery services in South Wales.
