To act as a key worker providing practical, social and emotional support, advice, information and advocacy towards the goal of achieving greater independence and enhance the quality of everyday lives in an individual’s own home and the community.
£17,721 on satisfactory completion of 6 month probation
12 month fixed term contract

Education: A relevant degree or other qualification (minimum level 3 QCF Health & Social Care) or equivalent experience suitable to the role is essential.A clean driving licence and access to a roadworthy car.
